Create a website that Boston Labs could edit and update themselves
With a small dedicated staff, Boston Labs needed a website that could be easily updated without knowledge of code. Immediately upon completion of their site, Boston Labs employees had the ability to log in and update areas as needed. Our Intranet solution enabled their employees to set up projects through our Project Manager, upload important documents to the File Gallery, and set up appointments and events through our Calendar. By unifying the website with organizational tools like the Project manager, our Intranet solution provided Boston Labs with a way to increase the value of their website while keeping costs down.

Set up separate, password-protected areas for clients
Boston Labs needed a way to communicate with clients through the web without compromising security. Our site security allowed them to create password-protected areas for each of their clients without configuring complex network security settings. Clients are able to log in and track the progress of their projects, and access related spreadsheets and electronic files through our File Gallery. Clients now have direct and secure access to their information when it is convenient for them, 24 hours a day.
